Mutton Butter Handy Recipe -
Ingredients
1 Goat meat Half a kg
2 Salt to taste
3 Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
4 two onions
5 1 capsicum medium
6 crushed White Chili Half a teaspoon
7 1 tbsp Ground Pepper
8 White Cumin 1 tbsp
9 yogurt Half a cup
10 4 to 5 almonds
11 half cup fresh cream
12 Milk one cup
13 Butter Two tablespoons
14 Cooking oil Four to six tablespoons
METHOD
1.Lightly fry onion, capsicum and almonds in butter then add half a cup of water and boil for five to seven minutes.
2.Wash the meat and marinate with ginger, garlic, salt, pepper and two tablespoons of yogurt and leave for 15 to 20 minutes.
3.Then fry the marinated meat in cooking oil until golden and add milk and cook over low heat.
4.When the meat is melted, grind the onion mixture and add it and cook on low heat till the meat is completely melted. Leave on for a minute.
