Yogurt Kebab Recipe
Ingredients
1 yogurt 4 cups
2 salt to taste
3 ground red pepper 1 teaspoon
4 double bread crumbs half cup
5 flour 4 tablespoons
6 lemon juice 2 tablespoons
7 green peppers 3 to 4 tablespoons
8 green coriander half cup
9 cooking oil as required
Method
1.Put the yogurt in a four-layered muslin cloth. Tie the cloth like a bundle and hang it. Squeeze the yogurt water well with both hands.
2.When the yogurt is completely dry, add salt, red pepper, double bread crumbs, flour, lemon zest, finely chopped green chillies and coriander.
3.Mix well and refrigerate for ten to fifteen minutes, then make kebabs of your choice and fry in cooking oil until golden.
