 Southampton Test, second day's play delayed due to rain

Southampton: The second Test match between Pakistan and England is underway. By the end of the first day, Pakistan scored 126 runs at the loss of 5 players. Forgetting the defeat in the Old Trafford Test, Pakistan is competing in the second Test against England in Southampton where on the first day of the match, the captain of the national team Azhar Ali decided to bat first after winning the toss.



Earlier, the first day of the Southampton Test was affected by rain due to which only 46 overs could be bowled in which half of the Pakistani team returned to the pavilion for only 126 runs. Happened Captain Azhar Ali and Asad Shafiq failed again and both scored 20 and 5 runs respectively. Fawad Alam, who became part of the Test squad after 11 years, was the guest of only 4 balls and returned to the pavilion without opening an account. ۔ Fawad Alam played his last Test in 2009 against New Zealand. Abid Ali managed to score a half century but he also lost his wicket for 60 runs.
